A service has been launched by the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) that enables UPI payments without requiring an internet connection. By dialing the USSD code *99#, users can access various banking services offline, including fund transfers, balance checks, and UPI PIN management.

To make payments using this service, follow these steps:

Dial *99# from your mobile number linked to your bank.

Choose your preferred language.

Select the banking service you need, such as transferring money, checking balances, or viewing transactions.

To send money, press '1' and choose the payment method (e.g., mobile number, UPI ID).

Optionally, add a remark for the payment.

Enter your UPI PIN to complete the transaction.
