Infosys has reportedly increased salaries for its employees. Those who have shown outstanding performance have received a maximum hike of up to 20%. The company has categorized the salary hikes into three brackets—5-7%, 7-10%, and 10-20%, according to company sources.This salary hike has been applicable since last year, and the company has already sent out letters to eligible employees. Meanwhile, Infosys recently faced criticism for laying off trainee employees abruptly.
