Role: Service Desk Admin

Key Responsibilities:

Expertise in Windows 10/11 administration

Proficient in troubleshooting MS Office, O365, Internet Explorer, and other OS issues

Experience with PC and peripheral hardware issues, including printers and scanners

Hands-on experience with MS Office upgrades and deployments

Knowledge of Dell laptops/desktop hardware

Troubleshooting Office and VPN issues

Mobile Device Management support

Experience with Windows Imaging using SCCM

Familiarity with Data Migration tools and O365 OneDrive

Strong communication and leadership skills

Effective customer management and handling escalations

Reporting and follow-up on action items
