Shahi Tukra with Condensed Milk

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cup Condensed Milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 4-5 Saffron strands
  • 2 tbsp Grated Paneer (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2-3 tbsp Ghee (for frying)
  • Chopped Nuts (Cashews, Pistachios, Almonds)

Directions:

  1. Boil milk, condensed milk, sugar, and saffron until thickened (10-15 minutes).
  2. Add paneer and cardamom, and let cool.
  3. Fry bread in ghee until golden and crispy.
  4. Layer fried bread, pour rabadi over it and garnish with nuts. Serve hot or chilled.
