Shahi Tukra with Condensed Milk
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/4 cup Condensed Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 4-5 Saffron strands
- 2 tbsp Grated Paneer (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 4 slices Bread
- 2-3 tbsp Ghee (for frying)
- Chopped Nuts (Cashews, Pistachios, Almonds)
Directions:
- Boil milk, condensed milk, sugar, and saffron until thickened (10-15 minutes).
- Add paneer and cardamom, and let cool.
- Fry bread in ghee until golden and crispy.
- Layer fried bread, pour rabadi over it and garnish with nuts. Serve hot or chilled.
