Easy Restaurant Style Paneer Masala Curry Recipe With Rich Hotel Flavour At Home

Paneer Masala Curry Recipe

Paneer Masala Curry remains one of the most loved dishes in Indian cuisine, known for its rich aroma, creamy texture, and soft paneer pieces. Prepared with hotel-style flavours and a blend of aromatic spices, this curry pairs perfectly with chapati, naan, roti, or jeera rice. With a few simple steps, this popular restaurant-style dish can be easily prepared at home.

Paneer is a nutritious dairy product and an excellent source of protein and calcium, especially for vegetarians. It supports muscle growth, strengthens bones, aids digestion, and helps with weight management. On average, 100 grams of paneer provides nearly 20 grams of protein and about 265 calories, making it both tasty and nourishing.

This Paneer Masala Curry is made using soft paneer cubes simmered in a mildly spiced tomato-cashew gravy enriched with butter. The result is a smooth and flavourful curry that closely resembles the taste served in restaurants. Below is a simple method to prepare this delicious dish at home.
