Ingredients : Mango pulp – one; Neem flower – tablespoon; Jaggery powder – tablespoon; Tamarind – one (or a small ball of fresh tamarind); Salt – a pinch; Chili – One.
preparation.
Neem flowers should be washed clean and kept aside. Soak tamarind in water and take the juice. Wash the mango cleanly and slice it thinly without removing the skin. Add jaggery powder, tamarind juice, mango pieces, neem flower, green chili pieces, and salt in a vessel and the Ugadi Pachadi is ready. If desired sugarcane pieces and banana pulp can be added for taste.
