The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has drastically reduced ticket prices for the upcoming Test series between Pakistan and Bangladesh. Starting August 21 in Rawalpindi and continuing with the second Test on August 30 in Karachi, ticket prices have been significantly slashed.

For the Karachi Test, ticket prices start at just Rs.50 per day (equivalent to Rs.15 in Indian currency). VIP tickets are priced at Rs.400, premium tickets at Rs.200, first-class tickets at Rs.100, and general tickets at Rs.50 per day. In contrast, the minimum ticket price for the first Test in Rawalpindi is Rs.200, roughly Rs.60.30 in Indian currency.

Despite the price reduction, it remains to be seen if this move will boost attendance. The PCB's decision has sparked both curiosity and trolling on social media, with some netizens noting that Rs.15 is barely enough to buy a samosa in India.
