Exam Details: GATE 2025 will be held on February 1, 2, 15, and 16, 2025, in two shifts: 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The admit cards will be available on January 2, 2025, with results expected by March 19, 2025. The exam will be conducted in a computer-based test (CBT) format over three hours, allowing candidates to choose from 30 subjects and apply for up to two test papers.

GATE serves as a crucial assessment for admission to master's and doctoral programs in engineering, technology, science, and related fields, as well as for recruitment in various public sector organizations. The exam is conducted on behalf of the National Coordination Board (NCB) by IISc Bengaluru and seven IITs.
