According to the latest official notification, the Indian Coast Guard has announced 9 vacancies for the positions of Motor Transport Driver, Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), Laskar 1st Class, Draftsman (ATS), and Packer (MTS). The age requirement for applicants ranges from 18 to 27 years, while the maximum age limit for Laskar 1st Class positions is 30 years. For candidates applying for the Motor Transport Driver post, possession of a Heavy and Light Motor Vehicle Driving License along with at least 2 years of relevant driving experience is mandatory. Other positions require a minimum of 2 years of experience in their respective fields. For the Laskar 1st Class role, candidates must have at least 3 years of service experience on boats.

Selected candidates will receive a salary ranging from ₹19,900 to ₹63,200 under Pay Level 02, with the total monthly remuneration potentially reaching ₹69,100, including allowances. The recruitment process involves a written objective test, a skill/trade assessment, and a merit-based selection.
