Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India: Indian-origin British racing prodigy Arvid Lindblad is set to visit India as part of the second edition of the Red Bull Moto Jam, scheduled to take place on March 1 in the Delhi-NCR region.

One of the major highlights of the motorsports festival will see Lindblad drive a Formula 1 car on Indian soil just days before his official Formula 1 debut. The young driver is set to pilot a Racing Bulls car at the Australian Grand Prix on March 8, marking a significant milestone in his racing career.

At the Red Bull Moto Jam, Lindblad will be behind the wheel of Sebastian Vettel’s 2012 Formula 1 World Championship-winning RB8. The car famously delivered a dominant victory for Sebastian Vettel at the Indian Grand Prix in 2012, making its return to India a moment of special significance for motorsport fans.

Originally from Virginia Water in Surrey, England, Lindblad began his single-seater racing journey in 2022 and rose rapidly through the ranks. He became the youngest race winner in Formula 3 in 2024 and followed it up by achieving the same feat in Formula 2 in 2025, underlining his reputation as one of motorsport’s most promising young talents.

Lindblad, who has Swedish and Indian heritage, carries the middle name ‘Anand’ in tribute to his maternal grandfather from Bihar. Although born and raised in England, he has expressed a strong desire to spend more time in India to learn Hindi and Punjabi, reflecting his connection to his roots.

Sharing his excitement ahead of the event, Lindblad said he was thrilled to return to India and described the opportunity to drive an F1 car on the streets of Delhi as a special moment, particularly as it marks his first showrun as a Formula 1 driver.

The Red Bull Moto Jam will be held at India Expo Mart and will also feature an action-packed lineup including drifting, stunt biking, freestyle motocross (FMX), and stunt car performances. International drifting star Abdo Feghali is also set to participate in the event.
