Hero MotoCorp has rolled out a new version of its popular Xtreme 125R motorcycle, now featuring dual-channel ABS and riding modes. The premium variant is priced at ₹1.04 lakh (ex-showroom). This update follows the company’s recent launch of the Glamour X, which also introduced cruise control and riding modes.
With this latest upgrade, Hero aims to strengthen its presence in the highly competitive 125cc commuter sports bike segment, taking on models such as the TVS Raider, Honda CB125 Hornet, and Bajaj Pulsar N125.
In terms of design, the Xtreme 125R retains its signature sporty look but now offers a new colour palette, including Black Pearl Red, Matte Shadow Grey, and Leaf Green. The bike also introduces ride-by-wire throttle technology with three distinct modes — Power, Road, and Eco. It now comes equipped with dual disc brakes and dual-channel ABS for enhanced safety.Under the hood, the motorcycle is powered by a 124.7cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that delivers 11.5 hp of maximum power and 10.5 Nm of peak torque, paired with a 5-speed gearbox. The bike also features a 4.2-inch full-colour LCD display, offering turn-by-turn navigation, call alerts, and SMS notifications.
Adding to the modern appeal, the new Xtreme 125R comes with all-LED lighting, blending technology and style for the urban rider.
