The upcoming Motorola Edge 70 Fusion is expected to further strengthen the brand’s popular Edge lineup. Recent leaks suggest that the smartphone could be launched soon, with several key specifications already surfacing online.

According to reports, the device will retain a familiar design language, while receiving notable upgrades in performance and battery capacity. The smartphone is tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor, marking a significant improvement over its predecessor. One of the major highlights is the rumored 7000mAh battery, an increase from the previous 5500mAh capacity.

The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion is said to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K OLED quad-curved display with HDR10+ support, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 5200 nits. This combination is expected to deliver a premium visual experience suitable for both media consumption and gaming.

On the performance front, the handset is likely to run on Android 16 and will reportedly receive three years of operating system updates along with four years of security updates. It may be offered in 8GB and 12GB RAM variants, paired with up to 256GB of internal storage. In the camera department, leaks indicate a 50MP rear camera and a 32MP front camera featuring a Sony LYTIA sensor.

In addition, the device is expected to come with MIL-STD-810H military-grade protection and IP68 plus IP69 dust and water resistance certifications. Connectivity options may include 5G SA/NSA, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The smartphone could also support 68W fast charging and launch in multiple color options, including Orient Blue, Sporting Green, Blue Surf, Country Air, and Seal Haute, with a nylon and linen-inspired rear finish.
