Unauthorized smuggling of 108 kilograms of gold on the India-China border has been intercepted and secured by border security.
Three individuals have been detained in Ladakh for their involvement in this incident.
On July 9, Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) conducted raids as part of their operation.
Questions have been raised regarding the smuggling activities, and investigations are ongoing.
Along with 108 kilograms of gold, two mobile phones, binoculars, two knives, and some food items intended for China were confiscated.
