Himachal Pradesh earthquake
A series of earthquakes hit Himachal Pradesh early Saturday morning, with three tremors occurring in quick succession. The first earthquake struck Mandi district at 2:26 am, registering a magnitude of 3.3 on the Richter scale. The epicenter was located at a depth of 5 kilometers. Panic ensued as people rushed out of their homes, though no casualties or damage were reported due to the mild intensity of the tremors. In another incident, an earthquake of magnitude 3.0 was recorded in Kaukunt, Mahabubnagar district, Telangana.
