In a heartbreaking turn of events, a woman traveling to London to celebrate her husband’s birthday lost her life in the devastating Ahmedabad plane crash. Harpreet Kaur Hora, daughter-in-law of the Hora family from Indore, was among the victims of the crash that occurred shortly after takeoff from Ahmedabad's Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Airport.

Harpreet had originally planned to fly on June 19, but preponed her journey to June 12 to surprise her husband, Robbie Hora, a cloud architect based in London, ahead of his birthday on June 16. Tragically, the aircraft crashed in the Meghninagar area just minutes after takeoff, claiming the lives of all on board.Harpreet had visited Ahmedabad recently to spend time with her mother and was excited to reunite with her husband.
