Amit Shah Article 370 remarks
Amit Shah defended his comments on Article 370, saying even four generations of Congress couldn’t restore it. Speaking in Jharkhand, he vowed the BJP would take strong action against infiltration and Naxalism if elected, and protect tribal land from encroachment. Shah criticized Rahul Gandhi for opposing the Waqf Bill amendment and emphasized that no future Congress generation would grant Muslim reservations meant for Dalits and other backward classes. This was after the first phase of Jharkhand's assembly polls, with the second phase on November 20.
