Covid-19 Update: Haryana Reports 3 New Cases In Gurugram, Faridabad

Covid cases in Haryana

Haryana confirmed three recent Covid-19 infections: two in Gurugram—a 62-year-old male and a 31-year-old female, both having traveled from Mumbai—and one case in Faridabad involving a 28-year-old security personnel. All patients have mild symptoms and are in home isolation or hospital care.

Health officials, including Gurugram’s Chief Medical Officer, emphasized there is no need to panic, calling Covid-19 an endemic now. Even though the WHO officially ended the pandemic last year, the virus continues to spread worldwide.

In India, recent cases remain mild without serious complications. Vulnerable groups are advised to follow safety measures like masking indoors, hand hygiene, and getting influenza vaccines.
