The truck driver fled, and authorities are reviewing CCTV footage to determine the cause. The victims were identified as Kunal Kukreja, Atul Agrawal, Rishabh Jain, Navya Goel, Kamakshi, and Guneet, while Siddhesh Agrawal is in critical condition. Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed condolences.
