The Pune Ideas Festival is expected to attract between 3,000 and 5,000 delegates from diverse sectors. It will serve as a collaborative platform connecting students, startups, educators, business leaders, government representatives and investors.

The event will feature sessions on emerging technologies, entrepreneurship, education, public policy, sustainability, investment and social impact. An advisory board comprising experts from various fields has also been established to oversee the festival's planning and programming.

Originally from Pune and now based in the Greater Chicago Area, Tausif Malik is an entrepreneur, educator and media professional. He is associated with The MAD Buzz and is recognized for promoting startups, ethical finance, entrepreneurship and international business collaborations. His work also focuses on innovation, investment networks, sustainability, tourism and multicultural initiatives.

Pune has been selected as the host city because of its well-established ecosystem of universities, research institutions, startups and technology-driven industries, making it one of India's leading centers for education and innovation.
