Abu Dhabi: A Delhi-based Indian woman has won the grand prize of AED 25 million (approximately ₹62 crore) in the Abu Dhabi Big Ticket Series 288 lottery draw held on June 30, turning a long-held family dream into reality.

The winner, Kanika Arora, has been participating in the Abu Dhabi Big Ticket lottery for several years by purchasing tickets every month along with her family. Their consistent participation finally paid off when her ticket was selected for the jackpot prize.

Speaking after the win, Kanika expressed her excitement and said her family had often imagined what they would do if they ever won the lottery. Now that the dream has become a reality, she admitted she is still overwhelmed and unsure where to begin.

She also encouraged others to stay hopeful, saying that while buying lottery tickets involves chance, one never knows when luck may change. The life-changing prize marks one of the biggest lottery wins by an Indian participant in the popular Abu Dhabi Big Ticket series
