J-K Assembly Honors Pahalgam Attack Victims, Supports Centre's Diplomatic Response

Pahalgam terror attack

Jammu and Kashmir MLAs observed silence for the victims of the April 22 Pahalgam terror attack, condemning the incident and honoring Shaheed Syed Adil Hussain Shah’s bravery. They urged protection for Kashmiri citizens outside the region and supported the Union Government’s diplomatic measures, including suspending the Indus Waters Treaty, closing the Attari check post, cancelling Pakistani visas, and reducing diplomatic staff. The attack killed 26 people, mostly tourists, one of the deadliest since the 2019 Pulwama attack.
