Political circles are abuzz with speculation that Kalvakuntla Kavitha is preparing to launch a new political party in Telangana. According to political analysts and sources within the Jagruthi organisation, Kavitha is in the advanced stages of forming the party and has already finalized its proposed name.

Sources indicate that the party will be named Telangana Praja Jagruthi, reflecting the ideological roots of her long-standing organisation, Jagruthi. The inclusion of the word “Jagruthi” is said to hold strong emotional and symbolic significance for Kavitha, as the organisation has been closely associated with her political and social initiatives.

It is also learnt that the party’s symbol and policy framework have already been finalised. An official announcement regarding the party’s formation, along with the disclosure of its agenda and principles, is expected around the Ugadi festival.

Following the formal launch, Kavitha is likely to focus on strengthening the party at the grassroots level across the state. Additionally, she has already indicated that candidates representing Jagruthi will contest the upcoming municipal elections in Telangana, signalling an early electoral strategy.
