Ladakh Protests: Congress Leader Booked After 4 Lost Lives In Leh

Congress Councilor Phuntsog Stanzin Tsepag has been booked for the Leh violence that left 4 people dead. BJP accused him of leading the unrest, citing photos and videos of him provoking the mob. An FIR names him for violence and arson.

The central government blamed activist Sonam Wangchuk, who recently ended a 15-day hunger strike over statehood and Sixth Schedule demands. A curfew has been imposed in Leh to restore order, with authorities urging residents not to share provocative videos.
