Prime Minister Narendra Modi, speaking at a rally in Deoghar, Jharkhand, criticized the ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and Congress, accusing them of allowing infiltrators to seize land and abuse tribal women. He expressed concern over the decline in the tribal population in Santhal and highlighted the issue of infiltration in the state. Modi claimed that the JMM-Congress government had worked to make infiltrators permanent residents, taking away local jobs and resources. He promised that the BJP would protect the rights of Jharkhand's people, including their jobs, land, and security. He also accused Congress of dividing people along caste lines.
