Prime Minister Modi paid tribute to Kargil War heroes today at the Kargil War Martyrs' Memorial in the Dras sector of Ladakh, marking 25 years since the victory in the Kargil War. He paid tribute to the fallen soldiers with floral arrangements and personally visited the families of the martyred soldiers.

Modi also visited an exhibition showcasing photographs of the soldiers who lost their lives, along with models of the Kargil hills and items seized from the Pakistani army. The exhibition included poems and detailed explanations from soldiers about the battle.
