RJD leader Rajkumar Rai, also known as Allah Rai, was shot dead in Patna’s Munna Chak area near Chitragupt Nagar police station. Police said he was ambushed by criminals while buying food near his home.

Rai, a resident of Vaishali Raghopur, had returned in a car before the attack, during which six bullets were fired. He was rushed to PMCH hospital, where he was declared dead.

CCTV footage shows two attackers, and six bullet shells were recovered. Rai was involved in politics and land-related business.
