Seven people were killed and 14 injured in a head-on collision between an SUV and a truck in Madhya Pradesh's Sidhi district. The incident occurred at 2:30 am on Monday near a petrol pump on Sidhi-Bahri Road. The SUV, a taxi carrying a family on their way to Maihar, collided with a truck traveling from Sidhi to Bahri. All seven victims were in the SUV, while 14 others were injured. Nine of the injured were transferred to Rewa for treatment, while the rest are being treated in Sidhi. The truck driver has been detained, and an investigation is underway.
