Frisco, Texas: The North Texas Telugu Association (TANTEX) Vanitha Vedika will organise a community wellness event titled “United in Wellness – Celebrating Women in Our Community.” The initiative aims to promote awareness about women’s physical and mental health while strengthening community unity.

According to TANTEX President Lokireddy Madhavi, the program will be held on Saturday, March 7, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the 10YEC – Youth Excellence Center, located at 7600 Cottonwood Street in Frisco, Texas.

The event will feature a guided yoga session and an interactive discussion on women’s health, led by medical experts. Organisers encourage participants to bring their own yoga mats to take part in the wellness activities.

As part of the community outreach initiative, the organisers will also conduct a clothing collection drive during the event. Donations of sarees, lehengas, and jewellery will be accepted to support community welfare efforts.
