What exactly happened?

The accident occurred near Adamuz in the Cordoba province of southern Spain. A private high-speed train, 'Iryo 6189', traveling from Malaga to Madrid, suddenly derailed. At high speed, the derailed train veered onto an adjacent railway track. At precisely that moment, it collided head-on with another train traveling from Madrid towards Huelva. As a result, both trains overturned. Upon noticing the incident, locals informed the police and rescue personnel, who immediately rushed to the scene and launched rescue operations.
