A cloudburst struck Uttarakhand again, causing severe flooding. In Dehradun, Tapovan saw several homes submerged, while Sahastradhara and IT Park were waterlogged. Two people are reported missing.

Heavy rains since Monday night have raised water levels in the Karligad stream, leading to bridge collapses and evacuations. The NDRF and SDRF are conducting rescue operations.

Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami confirmed damage to houses and shops in Sahastradhara. Uttarakhand has faced heavy monsoon floods for the past two months. Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Dehradun on May 11 and announced Rs 1,200 crore in relief funds.
