Uttarkashi Cloudburst: 4 Dead, 60 Missing In Dharali Floods

A cloudburst in Uttarkashi's Dharali triggered flash floods, killing 4 and leaving 60 missing. Approximately 25 hotels and houses were washed away by the raging floodwaters. Rescue ops by NDRF, SDRF, ITBP, and the Army are ongoing.
PM Modi and HM Amit Shah assured support. A landslide near Harshil saw a quick Army response, rescuing 20. Locals worry that the historic Kalpa Kedar temple may have been buried beneath flood debris. Meanwhile, the IMD has sounded a red alert, forecasting heavy to extremely heavy rainfall across Uttarakhand.
