Andhra Pradesh Class 10 Public Exam Question Paper Revised
Amaravathi, A.P., India: The Class X public examinations for the 2025-26 academic year in Andhra Pradesh are scheduled to commence in March 2026. According to the School Education Department, the process for paying exam fees will begin on October 28. Every student is required to have an “APAR ID,” and principals have been instructed to assist students who do not yet possess one.
Major Updates in the Question Paper – Six Assessment Types
This year, the education authorities have introduced significant modifications to the Class 10 public exam question papers. For non-language subjects, six categories of objective questions have been added: Knowledge, Understanding, Analysis, Creativity, Application, and Evaluation.
The new format will require students to answer very short, short, and long questions. In language subjects, the focus will be on comprehension, expression, and appreciation. Previous multiple-choice questions have been removed and replaced with single-mark questions.
Emphasis on Innovation – Enhancing Student Skills
The changes aim to evaluate students’ analytical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. The Union Ministry of Education recently advised states to address the low pass percentages in state boards compared to CBSE. In response, the AP government has redesigned the question papers based on the NCERT curriculum to boost student confidence and improve academic outcomes.
