Expected to be unveiled at WWDC 2025 in June, iPadOS 19 will focus on productivity, multitasking, and app window management, bringing enhancements that could make the iPad a stronger alternative to Mac computers. The latest iPad models, equipped with M3 and M4-series chips, are already capable of Mac-level performance, so these updates could unlock even greater potential.

In addition to iPadOS 19, iOS 19 will also feature a redesigned app icon layout and possible changes to system elements and the control center. The goal is to create a more unified experience across Apple’s ecosystem. WWDC 2025 will be livestreamed from June 9-13, with some attendees invited to Apple Park in California.
