In the 13th match of the ICC Cricket World Cup Challenge League A 2024-26, Kuwait will face Papua New Guinea (PNG) at the Ruaraka Sports Club Ground in Nairobi on October 4. PNG won the toss and chose to bowl first.

Both Kuwait and PNG have shown impressive performances in the tournament so far. Kuwait has achieved three victories and one defeat, recently triumphing over the host nation, Kenya, by a commanding 97 runs. PNG has also recorded only one loss, which occurred against Jersey. A win for PNG in this match could elevate them to second place in the league standings, trailing only Jersey.

This league is part of the qualification process for the upcoming 2027 Cricket World Cup, which will take place in South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Namibia.
