China: 47 people have been killed so far due to heavy rains and landslides in Guangdong province in the southern part of China. Chinese state media said on Friday afternoon that another 38 people had been confirmed dead in the city of Meizhou.
Nine other people died earlier in the same city, it said. In April, China issued a warning for the worst floods in 100 years. During this time, many provinces in China were submerged in floods. This flood submerged lakhs of houses.
