Elon Musk Says X's Long-Form Videos Will Soon Be Available on X TV App

X TV App: Long-form videos will soon be available on Smart TV as well. Global billionaire Elon Musk's social network (X) will launch a new TV super app next week. Especially Amazon is planning to launch this new TV app for Samsung users. Fortune magazine recently reported on this regard. Elon Musk also mentioned that he plans to make it a super app that offers services from messaging to peer-to-peer payments.

A few days ago, this microblogging giant platform released the initial version of video and audio calling for some users last October. Along these lines, Musk claims that the platform will soon be able to watch long-form videos directly on smart TVs.

Fortune said earlier that this app will be similar to the TV app offered by Google YouTube. Musk revealed that he is bringing this new app to compete with YouTube on the X platform platform saying 'Coming Soon'. X did not respond to requests for more details regarding the new TV app.

You can use Apple AirPlay to play videos from your phone on your TV. You can also open the Xbox website on your (Xbox) or (Android TV). Live shows can also be viewed on the big screen as per the support page.

Not only search engine giant Google, Musk appears to be giving direct competition to several other popular apps, such as live-streaming platform Twitch, encrypted messaging app Signal, and social media forum Reddit. Recently, it is known that a tech billionaire artificial intelligence company OpenAI has also sued CEO Sam Altman.
