Shubman Gill (52*) and Dhruv Jurel (39*) remained at the crease until the end, steering the team to success. The duo contributed 66 runs for the sixth wicket. Prior to their partnership, Rohit Sharma (55) and Yashaswi (37) showcased commendable performances. Among the England bowlers, Bashir claimed three wickets, while Hartili and Root secured one wicket each. In the first innings, England scored 353, followed by 145 in the second innings, while India posted a total of 307 in their first innings.
