Justice Subhash Vidyarthi said Gandhi could seek a remedy through a revision petition in the sessions court. The complaint, filed by Advocate Nripendra Pandey, alleges Gandhi aimed to defame Savarkar. Gandhi's counsel argued the charges under IPC Sections 153A and 505 were not applicable. The case continues in the ACJM court, with the next hearing on April 14.
