Former IPS officer AR Anuradha has been appointed as the new chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) with the Governor's consent. Anuradha, the first woman IPS officer to lead the state's Intelligence Department, has previously served in significant roles, including Director General of Vigilance and Enforcement.
