Did you know that by spending less than six rupees a day, you could secure coverage of up to Rs. 40 lakh? State Bank of India (SBI) is providing an affordable personal accident insurance plan through its partnership with SBI General Insurance.

Under this scheme, account holders can pay a nominal annual premium of Rs. 2,000 and avail benefits in case of unforeseen accidents, including road mishaps, electrical incidents, floods, earthquakes, or even snake bites. In the unfortunate event of death due to an accident, SBI will directly deposit Rs. 40 lakh into the nominee’s bank account.

This policy is available to individuals aged between 18 and 65. While similar schemes are offered by other banks, SBI’s low-cost insurance extends financial security to its customers beyond health coverage, ensuring peace of mind in various emergency situations.
