ulvir Brar Arrested in US Minor Trafficking and Abuse Case
Vancouver, Clark County, USA: An Indian-origin liquor store owner in the United States, Kulvir S. Brar (32), is facing 39 criminal charges related to sexual abuse, trafficking, and exploitation of minors, as more victims have come forward during an ongoing investigation.
Authorities confirmed that Brar was arrested on March 13, following allegations that he used the social media platform Snapchat to contact underage girls. Investigators stated that he allegedly offered illicit substances, alcohol, and access to his apartment’s rooftop pool in exchange for sexual acts.
Brar had previously been arrested on December 4, 2025, on charges including indecent communication with a minor and possession of child sexual abuse material. During a recent court hearing, Judge Christine Hayes increased his bail from $500,000 to $750,000, describing him as a significant threat to the community due to the growing number of complainants.
Investigation Background
The case came to light on July 4, when the Oregon Department of Human Services alerted police in Vancouver after a 15-year-old girl reported being coerced into performing a sexual act in exchange for drug products.
Court records indicate that Brar used the Snapchat username “pnwmolly”, through which he allegedly contacted minors, complimented them, and offered drugs such as cocaine, ecstasy, and LSD in return for sexual favors or explicit content.
Investigators further revealed that Brar targeted vulnerable individuals, including minors facing unstable living conditions. In one instance, a 16-year-old victim was reportedly assaulted while heavily intoxicated. Another victim alleged that she was assaulted after being supplied with multiple substances on her birthday.
Authorities also stated that Brar attempted to intimidate victims by claiming he had financial resources and legal backing, and in one case allegedly displayed a firearm.
Evidence Recovered
During a search of his residence, investigators reportedly recovered multiple illegal substances including cocaine and MDMA, as well as psilocybin mushrooms. Other items seized included a firearm, numerous small plastic bags, vaping devices, and contraceptive products.
Police also discovered disposable masks with makeup traces in his vehicle, which matched surveillance footage showing minors entering his residence.
Charges Filed
Brar is currently facing 39 charges, including:
- Multiple counts of human trafficking (first and second degree)
- Rape and child molestation charges
- Sexual exploitation of minors
- Possession of explicit material involving minors
- Distribution of controlled substances to minors
- Communication with minors for immoral purposes
- Supplying alcohol and tobacco products to minors
The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities believe additional victims may still come forward.
