Kuwait- UAE: Tensions across West Asia continue to escalate, with fresh missile strikes raising serious concerns in the region. According to Kuwaiti authorities, a recent missile attack targeted infrastructure near a power and water treatment facility in Kuwait, resulting in the death of an Indian worker.
Officials stated that the missile struck a service building located close to the facility. However, the exact location of the installation has not been disclosed for security reasons. Emergency response teams and technical personnel were immediately deployed to the site, and efforts are currently underway to stabilize the situation and restore normal operations.
In a related development, another Indian national lost his life in the United Arab Emirates under similar circumstances. Reports indicate that missiles launched by Iran were successfully intercepted by the UAE’s air defense systems. However, debris from the intercepted missile fell onto a public street, leading to the fatality.
These incidents highlight the growing risks to civilian life as geopolitical tensions intensify across the region.
