Hyderabad, Telangana, India: Hyderabad-based star archer Vennam Jyothi Surekha has announced that her upcoming goal is to compete in the Asian Games. India achieved impressive success in the 2022 Asian Games, securing a total of nine medals, including five golds, across the Compound and Recurve Archery events.

The next edition of the Asian Games is scheduled to take place in Nagoya, Japan, between September and October next year. Speaking at a press conference in Hyderabad on Wednesday, Surekha expressed her determination to deliver an even stronger performance in the upcoming tournament.
